Persistent Low Back Pain

If you are looking for help for persistent (chronic) back pain then we might have the answer for you. Persistent pain is defined as pain lasting greater than 3 months in duration. This innovative service incorporates a Cognitive Functional Therapy (CFT) approach. CFT for the management of low back pain involves helping patients make sense of their pain, exposing them to movements they struggle with or fear, and assisting with relevant lifestyle changes. It is supported by well conducted research.
If you have been suffering persistent low back pain for more than 3 months, or know of friends/family/colleagues who are, then contact us to find out more.
