These Terms apply to all physiotherapy services, classes, assessments, and website usage.
2. Appointments & Bookings
Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. You must provide accurate personal and medical information during the booking and treatment process. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments if necessary. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delays for other patients.
3. Cancellations & Missed Appointments
To ensure fair scheduling:
Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at the full session fee.
Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will also be charged in full.
These charges help protect our clinicians’ time and availability.
4. Payments & Fees
Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless covered by approved insurance.We accept card payments, bank transfer, and approved insurer billing. Prices for services are listed on our website or available upon request.Fees may change from time to time; we will update our website accordingly.
5. Insurance & Third-Party Billing
We work with a range of UK health-insurance providers.
Please note:It is your responsibility to confirm your policy cover, session limits, and any excess payments. Some insurers require GP referrals or pre-authorisation numbers before treatment. If your insurer fails to pay for any reason, you are responsible for settling the outstanding balance directly with us. Not all treatments or extended sessions may be covered under your policy.
6. Clinical Assessment & Treatment
All treatment plans are created based on professional clinical judgement.You must inform your physiotherapist of any medical changes, medications, injuries, or concerns.You may stop treatment at any time. We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is clinically unsafe or inappropriate. For children or vulnerable adults, consent must be provided by a parent or legal guardian.
7. Health & Safety
You agree to follow all instructions provided by our clinicians.If you feel unwell or unable to continue, you must inform your therapist immediately. We are not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow guidance or misuse of exercise instructions outside the clinic.
