Melanie brings a rare blend of artistic background, technical precision, and therapeutic understanding to her work as a Pilates and Yoga instructor. A former Classical and Ballet dancer, she has spent years studying movement, alignment, and controlled strength—foundations that now underpin her highly respected teaching style.
She has been teaching Yoga since 2009 and Pilates since 2017, training extensively in Classical Pilates at the renowned New York Pilates Studio, with specialism in both Matwork and Classical apparatus. Her approach is grounded in authentic technique, mindful practice, and a deep understanding of how the body moves, strengthens, and restores.
Since 2018, Melanie has worked closely with our senior physiotherapists to deliver tailored Yoga and Pilates programs to Physiomac Physiotherapy patients. Whether working one-to-one or with small groups, she designs sessions that complement rehabilitation goals, support injury prevention, and enhance overall mobility and wellbeing.
Melanie is known for her calm teaching style, detailed instruction, and ability to adapt exercises to suit each individual—making her an invaluable part of our extended team and a trusted guide for patients looking to improve strength, posture, flexibility, and functional movement.
