Lockdown 2 The sequel

Updated: Mar 12

December Onwards Tier 4 = Reduced hours ,reduced availability reduced services

First of all this is slightly different to Lockdown 1 as an essential healthcare service we will be open ,however with substantially reduced hours and we will be working less days and offering less services over the next few weeks

If you require an essential treatment on attending the practice you will be required to ,wear a face covering. ,and sanitise your hands using the provided sanitiser in the reception area. You may have to call us on arriving outside the practice , as we will be operating a locked door policy.

Staff also will have to wear appropriate PPE.

A Covid questionnaire /risk assessment will have to be carried out taken by our staff ,all this will be documented.

We ask that you attend alone , however should you require or want to be accompanied then they will also be subject to the same protocols,

We hope to have the paperwork, that you would normally have to fill out in the clinic, available online or you will be asked these questions over the telephone in order to limit your time spent in the reception area before your appointment.

Appointments will continue to be staggered, to allow us to carry out thorough cleaning between patients and to minimise social contact between patients.

Unfortunately due to Tier4 restrictions we will not be able to run our one to one pilates and exercise services at this time and Ryan"s back strengthening service will also not be available .

There maybe be some changes, however rest assured you will still receive the same great Physiotherapy service as before.

Stay Safe
